  • How to unlock my speed?

    After turning on the bike, it is locked speed mode. Press and hold the "SPEED" button to switch to the unlocked mode.

  • How to enable dual motor mode?

    The default mode it is rear motor mode.Press and hold the "DRIVE" button, it will switch to the dual motor mode.Do it again, it will switch back to the rear

    motor mode.

  • Why won’t the display turn on even with a full battery?

    There is a switch button on the battery, you need to turn it on first. (f you don't use the bike for over 2 weeks,it is recommended to charge the battery to about

    80% and turn the switch off)

  • How to power on the RANGER PRO Ebike?

    1.Enter the password: 1212 (It is a default password and can be reset)2.Put the NFC card on the bottom of the display directly.
