Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, our system will automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email signifies that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase verification. After receiving your order, we will immediately send the order to our suppliers for shipment. Once we've confirmed the order you purchased is in stock we will ship the item within 5 business days of the date on which you placed your order. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and will void the pre-authorization if you so choose.
Once we've determined that your order is in stock, we will process all charges to your credit card and ship the product within 5 business days of the date on which you placed your order. Immediately following shipment, we will dispatch a tracking code to the email you provided us at the time you placed your order. If, after 6 business days, you have not received your tracking information please contact us at orders@streetrides.ca
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us immediately. Lost or stolen packages are subject to investigation, and replacements will only be issued after verification through the courier’s claim process.
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Upon arrival, please inspect any and all packaging of your orders. If any damage is noted on the packaging, make note of it at the time you sign for the delivery as this usually means the shipping company is at fault. If the items you ordered arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage to orders@streetrides.ca and we will begin the insurance claim process on your behalf. We will also get in contact with the supplier of that product and begin the process of replacing your item.
Orders that are cancelled after 48 hours from the time you placed your order will be charged with a $50 administration fee regardless if they have shipped or not. If the order has shipped, the cancellation will be considered a return at which point the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees. It is our strict policy to only issue refunds to the credit card that was used when originally placing the order.
It is our policy to only accept returns and make exchanges within 7 days of the date that an order was delivered (some exceptions do apply, please consult manufacturers and contact us know per product return policies).
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in brand-new condition with no signs of wear (e.g., dirt, tire use, scratches). Items that show evidence of usage will not be accepted for return.
Customers are fully responsible for arranging the return shipment, including selecting and booking a courier service at their own cost. Please contact us at orders@streetrides.ca to obtain the correct return address before shipping your item.
For a successful return, the order must be in original factory condition and include original packaging, warranty information, manuals, accessories and anything else it came with. If the item is damaged in any way, the product will not be available for a full refund. Depending on the item, a restocking fee of 10–25% may apply. Customers are responsible for these restocking fees as well as return shipping.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and insured during return shipping. If an item is damaged during return transit, refunds will not be issued, and it will be returned to the sender.
Important Note on Performance Expectations:
All product specifications including speed, range, battery life etc., are based on manufacturer testing conducted under ideal conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on numerous real-world factors such as rider weight, terrain, incline, weather, battery charge levels, riding style, etc. Returns requested solely due to unmet expectations or perceived underperformance that falls within normal variation are not considered valid reasons for return.
If you believe your product is underperforming due to a possible manufacturing defect, please contact us at orders@streetrides.ca with a detailed explanation of the issue along with photos and videos. All such cases will be assessed by the manufacturer, whose decision regarding whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect will be final.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
