Street Rides allows you to return your purchased item for a period of 7 days from the date of your purchase, unless product is marked non-returnable. In order to process a return, you must email us at: returns@streetrides.ca
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@streetrides.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address that we provide to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after being placed. Once an order has been processed with our warehouse or supplier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.
Cancellations within 48 hours:
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. A 3% administration fee applies.
Cancellations after processing:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries are treated as returns initiated by the customer. If a delivery is refused or returned to sender for any reason not due to our error, the following will apply:
- Original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.
- Return shipping cost will be deducted
- A standard 20% restocking fee will apply
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition
- Any damage or usage may result in additional deductions or refusal of refund
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@streetrides.ca.
