  • What's the password for WARRIOR PRO ebike?

    WARRIOR PRO has 2 passwords:

    1. Power-on password: 1212 (It is used to turn on the ebike)

    2. Setting password: 1313 (It is used to enter the setting mode. But we don't recommend customers to change the parameters themselves, or it will cause a bug)

  • Do I need to purchase an unlocked speed controller for WARRIOR PRO?

    No, the 2025 WARRIOR PRO is equipped with an unlocked controller, you don't need to pay extra money on it. When you turn on the bike, it is locked mode. Press and hold "Speed" button and it will switch to the unlocked mode.

  • Before my first ride, what should I be aware of?

    1. Tighten the screws and nuts of the motors.

    2. Remove the battery out and turn on the switch.

    3. Wear a helmet.

    4. Use the locked mode, tap the throttle and feel the power. After understanding the performance of the bike, ride it in a faster speed.

  • After assembling the ebike, why it cannot be powered on?

    There is a black switch button on the battery, you need to turn it on first. (If you don't use the ebike for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to turn the switch off)

You can switch the "rear motor mode" and "dual motor mode" by pressing the "Drive" button for few seconds. Notice: When you turn on the ebike, it is locked mode. Press and hold the "Speed" button, it will switch to unlocked mode
