The BlueRev Ultra is a foldable, low step-through cargo e-bike built around a 6061 aluminum frame. The current dealer configuration uses a rear-mounted geared Bafang 500 W hub motor and a 48 V 17.5 Ah Samsung lithium-ion battery. This product is offered with a 48 V 17.5 Ah Samsung lithium-ion battery. The dealer lists an 80-120 km range and a 5-7 hour charge time with the supplied 3 A charger. Real-world range changes with rider weight, assist level, terrain, temperature, tire pressure and cargo.
Tektro hydraulic disc brakes use motor cut-off sensors and 160 mm rotors at both wheels. The backlit LCD shows power output, battery level, speed, pedal-assist level, odometer, trip distance and headlight status. Integrated front and rear LEDs include a rear brake-light function. The dealer lists a 40 km/h top speed; provincial and municipal e-bike rules can set different permitted speed settings.
