Street Rides is a Canadian online dealer for electric bikes, electric scooters, and other electric rides. We focus on clear product guidance, transparent fulfilment, manufacturer-backed warranty support, and accessible Canadian assistance.
Our team helps customers compare products before ordering and supports direct Street Rides purchases after delivery. Support email is monitored 24 hours a day, six days a week. Complex technical and warranty cases may require manufacturer review.
Most orders are delivered within 3–12 business days in total, including the usual 3–5 business-day processing period. Standard shipping is free to most Canadian addresses. Remote or extended-area carrier surcharges may apply and will be communicated before shipment.
Orders may be fulfilled by manufacturer and distribution partners from facilities in eastern or western Canada. The origin depends on the brand, product, destination, and available inventory. Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Eligible products receive the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty. Street Rides coordinates qualifying requests as the authorized Canadian dealer. Coverage, duration, parts, labour, shipping responsibility, and remedies vary by manufacturer and product.
Eligible return requests must be made within seven calendar days after delivery. Approved customer-initiated returns require customer-paid return shipping and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Read the complete Refund Policy before ordering or shipping a return.
